The content generated by Blackletter AI is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Always consult a qualified, licensed attorney before relying on any document generated by this Service.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create fraudulent, illegal, or harmful documents; to violate any applicable laws; to reverse-engineer or misuse the platform; or to submit content that infringes on third-party rights.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly). A 3-day free trial is offered on all plans. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. Blackletter AI retains ownership of the platform, underlying technology, and any improvements derived from aggregate usage data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal sufficiency of any generated document.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackletter AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
